摘要
分析归纳国内外社区养老机构中远程医疗技术的运用及发展现状,探讨社区远程医疗养老服务在医保制度、运行机制、技术水平、医养人才培养4个方面存在的问题,提出建立专项制度鼓励保险支付多元化、优化医养结合协同管理运行机制、推进远程医疗服务技术创新型发展、加强人才跨界培养的对策,以期为我国远程医疗与养老结合的新发展提供参考。
Summarize and analyze the application and development of telemedicine technology of community elderly care institution at home and abroad.Discuss the problems of medical insurance system,operation of mechanism,skill level,training of personnel in community telemedicine elderly care service.It puts forward that establish special project to encourage the diversification of insurance payment,optimize the operation mechanism of integrated treatment and convalesce collaboration management,promote innovation-type development of telemedicine service technology,and strengthen cross-disciplinary training of personnel,so as to provide reference for new development of telemedicine integrated in elderly health care.
