猫传染性腹膜炎是猫科动物一种致死性的疾病,是目前导致猫死亡的主要疫病之一。该病的病原体是猫冠状病毒,该病毒有猫肠道冠状病毒和猫传染性腹膜炎病毒2种生物型,目前主流解释是猫肠道冠状病毒内部突变为猫传染性腹膜炎病毒,事实上该病的致病机制和免疫机制尚不明确。目前免疫组化是该病诊断的金标准,但由于其可操作性不强,临床上主要通过临床症状、临床检查和实验室检查进行综合性判断。论文综述了猫传染性腹膜炎的诊断方法,对该病的诊断技术研究和临床应用有一定的指导意义。

Feline infectious peritonitis is a fatal disease in cats,which is one of the main diseases leading to the death of cats.The pathogen of the disease is feline coronavirus,which has two biotypes:feline enteric coronavirus and feline infectious peritonitis virus.At present,the main explanation is that the internal mutation of feline enteric coronavirus is feline infectious peritonitis virus.In fact,the pathogenic mechanism and immune mechanism of the disease are not clear,so that there are a lot of gaps in the clinical immunity and diagnosis of the disease.At present,immunohistochemistry is the gold standard for the diagnosis of the disease,but due to its poor operability,it is mainly through the comprehensive judgment of clinical symptoms,clinical examination and laboratory examination.This paper reviewed the diagnostic methods of FIP,which has a certain guiding significance for the diagnosis and treatment of FIP.
