猫肝外门静脉分流的诊断与治疗

Diagnosis and Treatment of Extrahepatic Portal Vein Shunt in Cats

体重为1.7 kg的4月龄英国短毛公猫,免疫完全,定时体内外驱虫.就诊期间表现为精神沉郁、低烧、流涎的症状,进行保守内科治疗但症状未见明显改善,并进一步出现癫痫、视力障碍等症状.采用血液学检查、影像学检查以及CT血管造影方法进行进一步检查诊断,确诊为猫单一性肝外门静脉分流.实行外科手术放置缩窄环,缓慢封闭分流的血管.术后继续内科治疗,并饲喂肝脏处方粮术后3周~4周复查发现分流血管完全封闭,视力恢复正常.表明肝外门静脉分流可通过内科保守治疗、外科手术治疗相结合的治疗方法可取得良好的治疗效果。

A 4-month-old British shorthair male cat weighing 1.7kg is fully immunized and regularly dewormed.The symptoms of depression and salivation were observed during the treatment.Conservative medical treatment was performed,but the symptoms were not significantly improved,and further symptoms such as epilepsy and visual impairment occurred.The blood examination,imaging examination and CT angiography were used to diagnose single extrahepatic portal vein shunt in cat.Surgical operation was performed to place a Ameroid constrictor and slowly close the shunted blood vessels.The medical treatment after operation was performed,and the liver prescription food was fed.After 3-4 weeks,the shunt vessels were completely closed and the vision returned to normal.It showed that the disease can achieve good therapeutic effect through surgery combined with comprehensive treatment.
