推进大中小学劳动教育一体化建设是新时代劳动教育的迫切需要,要准确认识和把握新时代劳动教育的新使命、新境遇和本质要义,创新劳动教育理念;要坚持遵循学生身心发展规律、立德树人教育规律、劳动教育规律,创新方式方法;要从整体上统筹大中小学劳动教育的学段衔接、资源整合及学校、社会、家庭各方力量形成教育合力;要在平台建设、课程体系、教育资源建设、劳动文化宣传阵地建设及劳动教育研究等方面全面推进大中小学劳动教育一体化建设工作的开展。

It is an urgent need of labor education in the new era to promote the integration of labor education in universities,primary and secondary schools.We should accurately understand and grasp the new mission,new situation and essence of labor education in the new era,and then innovate the concept of labor education.We should adhere to the law of students' physical and mental development,moral education, labor education and its own law,and constantly innovate ways and methods.On the whole,it is necessary to make overall plans for the integration of the linking resources of labor education in colleges, primary and secondary schools and the formation of educational synergy between the forces of school,society and family.It is necessary to comprehensively promote the construction of labor education integration in colleges,primary and secondary schools in terms of platform construction,curriculum system,education resources construction,labor culture propaganda position construction and labor education research.
