摘要
目的:探讨智谋理论干预结合共情护理对宫颈癌术后放疗患者的影响。方法:本研究选择2020年1月1日~12月31日72例宫颈癌术后放疗患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各36例;研究组采取智谋理论干预结合共情护理模式,对照组采取常规护理模式,两组均干预2周。记录并比较两组护理前后心理应激情况[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]等,疼痛程度[采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)],癌性疲乏情况[采用多维度Piper疲乏修订量表(PFS-R)]。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS、VAS、PFS-R评分均低于护理前(P<0.01),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:基于智谋理论的干预结合共情护理能够有效改善宫颈癌术后放疗患者心理应激反应,缓解患者疼痛和癌性疲乏。
Objective:To explore the effect of the resourcefulness theory intervention combined with empathy nursing on postoperative radiotherapy in patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 72 cases of cervical cancer patients with postoperative radiotherapy admitted during January 1 to December 31,2020 were selected as the research objects,were randomly divided into the research group and the control group eaxh with 36 casws.The research group adopted the resourcefulness theory intervention combined with empathy nursing,the control group adopted conventional nursing mode,both group in intervention for 2 weeks.Record and comparison was made between the two groups before and after nursing on psychological stress situation by the self-assessment scale on anxiety(SAS),depression self rating scale(SDS),etc.,the degree of pain by visual analogue scale(VAS)],cancerous fatigue situation by revised multidimensional Piper fatigue scale(PFS-R)].Results:After nursing,the SAS,SDS,VAS and PFS-R scores were lower in both groups than those before nursing(P<0.01),and lower in the research group than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Resourcefulness theory intervention combined with empathy nursing can effectively improve psychological stress reaction in cervical cancer patients with postoperative radiotherapy,and relive their pain and cancerous fatigue.
