摘要 目的:探讨Teach-back健康教育对心血管疾病行介入手术患者的影响。方法:选取2019年9月1日~2020年9月30日60例心血管疾病行介入手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组给予Teach-back健康教育,比较两组干预前及干预30 d自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)评分、有效依从率。结果:观察组干预30 d ESCA评分、SF-36总分及有效依从率高于对照组(P<0.05),HAD评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back健康教育可以提高心血管疾病行介入手术患者的自我护理能力,改善生活质量,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高依从性。 Objective:To explore the effect of teach-back health education in patients with caediovascular disease undergoing interventional operation.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease who underwent interventional operation during September 1,2019 to September 30,2020 were divided into th control group and the observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received teach-back health education.The Exercise of Self-care Agency(ESCA),SF-36 rating,FAD and effective compliance sscores between the two groups before and after 30 d of intervention were compared.Results:After 30 days of intervention,the scores of the ESCA,the total scores of SF-36,and effective compliance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the anxiety and depression scores were y lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Teach-back health education can improve the self-care ability and quality of life in patients cardiovascular disease undergoing interventional operation,reduce their anxiety and depression,and improve their compliance.
