球磨-细筛回路循环负荷对某钨矿石磨矿产品粒度分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 通过控制磨矿时间改变返砂量,研究了实验室球磨-细筛回路循环负荷对某钨矿石磨矿产品粒度分布的影响。结果表明,循环负荷由100%提高至500%,磨矿时间由5.12 min减少至1.57 min,磨机生产能力由49.21 g/min提高至53.06 g/min。粒度分析结果表明,磨矿回路产品中过粉碎级别-0.01 mm粒级含量由18.62%降低至14.24%,可选级别-0.106+0.01 mm粒级产率由81.38%提高至85.76%,且变化幅度均随循环负荷提高而变缓。提高循环负荷降低了磨机总给矿粒度,减少了矿石在磨机内的停留时间,减轻了过粉碎,有效提高了钨矿石的磨矿效率。 The circulating load of the laboratory ball milling-fine screening loop was regulated by controlling the grinding time,and its influence on particle size distribution of the ground tungsten ore was discussed.The results show that,when the load increases from 100% to 500%,the grinding time is shortened from 5.12 min to 1.57 min,and the mill production capacity is improved from 49.21 g/min to 53.06 g/min.The particle size analysis result shows that the content of overgrinding range(-0.01 mm) in the ground product is reduced from 18.62% to 14.24%,while the yield of floatable range(-0.106+0.01 mm) is increased from 81.38% to 85.76%,and the changes slow down as the load increases.Increasing the circulating load can minimize the particle size of total mill feed and reduce the residence time of the ore in the mill,thus decreasing ore overgrinding and improving effectively the grinding efficiency of tungsten ore.
