新型捕收剂浮选山东某伴生铜矿试验研究

New Flotation Collector CYC-20 for Beneficiation of Associated Copper Minerals from a Shandong Iron Mine

采用新型捕收剂CYC-20对山东某伴生铜矿进行了浮选试验研究,试验室闭路试验获得了铜品位17.20%、回收率66.37%的铜精矿指标,工业试验可以获得铜精矿铜品位20.33%、回收率73.03%的优良指标,并解决了尾矿水中黄原酸根离子含量超标的问题。实践证明,CYC-20是一种优良的铜浮选捕收剂,具有良好的应用前景。

A new copper collector,CYC-20,was introduced in the flotation tests of the associated copper minerals from a Shandong iron mine.A laboratory closed-circuit test resulted in a copper concentrate grading 17.20% Cu at 66.37% recovery,while the commercial test produced a copper concentrate grading 20.33% Cu at 73.03% recovery.The problem of xanthate ion content in tailings water exceeding the standard was also resolved.This practice has testified that CYC-20 is an excellent copper collector with good application prospect.
