农村土地整治助推城乡融合发展路径研究

Study on the Path of Rural Land Regulation Promoting Urban-Rural Integration Development

新时期,农村土地整治与城乡融合发展同向同行是解决“三农”问题的迫切要求。本文采用文献研究、实地调查、问卷访谈等方法,剖析农村土地整治助推乡村振兴和城乡融合发展的机理、农村土地整治助推城乡融合发展的现实困境,并结合实际提出加快农村土地整治专项规划编制、拓展农村土地整治资金投入渠道、统筹区域农村土地整治项目布局等农村土地整治助推城乡融合发展的政策措施,研究具有较好的理论和实践意义。

It is an urgent requirement to solve the problems of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in the new era.Using the methods of literature research,field survey and questionnaire interview,this paper analyzes the mechanism of rural land regulation promoting rural revitalization and urban-rural integration development,and the practical dilemma of rural land regulation promoting urban-rural integration development.Combined with the reality,this paper puts forward some policies and measures to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,such as accelerating the preparation of special plans for rural land remediation,expanding the investment channels of rural land remediation funds,and coordinating the layout of regional rural land remediation projects.The research has good theoretical and practical significance.
