美国《国家反情报战略》演进分析

Analysis of Evolution of the USA National Counterintelligence Strategy

[研究目的]2005年至今美国已更新六版《国家反情报战略》,通过研究分析其演进趋势、特点,以期对我国的反情报工作开展有所借鉴。[研究方法]使用定量定性结合方法对美国《国家反情报战略》的威胁对象、任务目标、组织建设以及文本内容进行分析。利用Python对战略全文本进行词频统计,发现六个版本战略内容的异同点,总结并得出对我国的启示。[研究结论]美国国家反情报战略围绕“美国优先”,逐渐扩大反情报工作涉及范围,对在经济领域、网络信息安全领域的反情报工作逐渐重视,并持续与社会各界联合开展反情报工作。

[Research purpose]From 2005 to the present,the USA has updated the sixth edition of the National Counterintelligence Strategy.Through research and analysis of its evolutionary trends and characteristics,it hopes to be of reference significance for the development of counterintelligence work in our country.[Research method]Use quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the threat objects,mission objectives,organization construction and text content of the USA National Counterintelligence Strategy.Using Python to perform word frequency statistics on the full text of the strategy,find the similarities and differences in the content of the six versions of the strategy,summarize and draw the enlightenment for our country.[Research conclusion]Centering on"America First",the national counterintelligence strategy of the United States gradually expands the scope of counterintelligence work,gradually attaches importance to the counterintelligence work in the economic field and the network information security field,and continues to carry out the counterintelligence work jointly with all sectors of society.
