阿塞拜疆在纳卡冲突中的情报保障实践与经验

Practice and Experience of Intelligence Support of Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict

[研究目的]2020年9月27日,阿塞拜疆和亚美尼亚两国在纳卡地区发生冲突。阿方成体系、成建制、多批次运用无人机参与作战,赢得胜利,揭开了智能化战争的序幕。情报是作战的基础,是力量倍增器,深入研究新战争形态下的情报保障意义重大。[研究方法]通过剖析阿亚双方在纳卡冲突中的情报表现,阐述了阿方在战前与战时的情报保障,得出相关经验启示。[研究结论]纳卡冲突虽仅揭开了智能化战争的“冰山一角”,但建设能适应该战争形态的情报保障能力已迫在眉睫。观察冲突中双方表现,学习经验,吸取教训,对指导我方情报能力建设发展具有镜鉴意义。

[Research purpose]On 27 September 2020,the two countries,Azerbaijan and Armenia clashed in the Nagorno-Karabakh region.Azerbaijan has systematically used unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)in multiple batches to participate in operations,winning the victory and unveiling the prelude to intelligent warfare.Intelligence is the basis of warfare and a force multiplier,so it is of great significance to study in depth the intelligence support under the new warfare form.[Research method]This paper analyzes the intelligence performance of both sides in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and highlights the pre-war and wartime intelligence support of Azerbaijan,and draws relevant insights from the experience.[Research conclusion]Although the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has only revealed the“tip of the iceberg”of intelligent warfare,there is an urgent need to build the intelligence support capability that can adapt to this form of warfare.It is important to observe the performance of both sides in the conflict,learn from their experiences and draw lessons from them,in order to guide the development of our intelligence capabilities.
