文山州某提水泵站水锤计算及防护措施研究 被引量:4

摘要 以云南省文山州某泵站提水工程为实例,依据水锤特征性方法对某泵站工程水力过渡过程进行计算分析,并提出了合理的水锤防护措施。分析计算结果表明:针对长距离、高扬程、大流量特点的某泵站提水工程,泵后采用快关止回阀或两阶段关液控阀并结合沿输水管线布置双向调压塔的联合水锤防护措施,能有效降低管路系统中水锤正压,消除水锤负压和满足水泵最大倒转转速低于1.2倍额定转速的要求;采用两阶段关液控阀泵后压力最大值比快关止回阀低,采用快关止回阀泵倒转转速相对较小。研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。 Taking an actual water delivery project through a pump station in Wenshan Prefecture of Yunnan Province as an example,this paper calculated and analyzed the hydraulic transition process based on water hammer characteristic method,and proposing reasonable water hammer protection measures.The analysis and calculation results showed that for a water delivery project with the characteristics of long distance,high head and large flow,the combined water hammer protection measures of fast-closing check valve after the pump and adding two-way regulating tower along the pipeline line or two-stage closing liquid control valve after the pump and adding two-way regulating tower along the pipeline line can effectively reduce the positive pressure of water hammer in the pipeline system,eliminate the negative pressure of water hammer and meet the requirements that the maximum reverse speed of the pump is less than 1.2 times the rated speed.The maximum pressure adopting two-stage closing liquid control valve strategy after the pump is lower than that of adopting fast-closing check valve strategy,and the reverse speed using the fast-closing check valve strategy after the pump is relatively smaller that of using two-stage closing liquid control valve strategy.This research can provide reference for other similar projects.
