摘要
水葫芦是我国的外来水生物种,其泛滥生长对水生态及河道行洪安全造成严重影响,危及人民群众的生命财产安全。为研究Google Earth Engine(GEE)云数据处理平台用于快速监测水葫芦灾害的能力,科学制定水葫芦防治方案及提供信息支持,以广东省东江流域为试验区,采用Sentinel-2高空间分辨率卫星影像,建立水葫芦光学遥感识别模型,基于Google Earth Engine(GEE)云数据处理平台实现多时相水葫芦遥感动态监测,分析水葫芦时空分布范围及成灾规模,为制定水葫芦防治方案提供信息支持。结果表明,基于GEE遥感云数据处理方法可极大地提升水葫芦时空分布的监测效率,为水葫芦灾害防治及治理成效评价提供准实时的高效技术支撑。
The rapid growth of water hyacinth,an exotic aquatic species in China,impacts seriously on the water ecology as well as the safety of river flooding,and endangers the safety of people's lives and property.In order to study the capability of rapidly monitoring water hyacinth calamity by Google Earth Engine(GEE),a cloud data processing platform,and to scientifically formulate water hyacinth controlling plans,the Dongjiang River Basin in Guangdong Province was taken as the test area.Thousands of Sentinel-2 satellite images were applied to establish an optical remote sensing identification model of water hyacinth,based on the GEE.Dynamic monitoring of water hyacinth was realized supported by GEE for temporal-spatial analyzation and calamity extent calculation.The results show that,GEE,the cloud platform of remotely sensed data processing,was able to greatly improve the efficiency of water hyacinth spatiotemporal distribution monitoring,and to provide quasi-real-time efficient technical support for water hyacinth disaster prevention and management effectiveness evaluation.
