孕产妇脓毒症管理的研究进展

Progress in management of maternal sepsis

孕产妇脓毒症发病急,病情进展快,延误治疗可能导致孕产妇预后不良。孕产妇处于特殊生理时期,孕产妇脓毒症也有其自身特点,ICU医师及产科医师对孕产妇脓毒症特点及变化认识还不够,导致治疗不及时或者不规范,增加母婴病死率。本文总结了孕产妇脓毒症管理的研究进展,加强ICU医师及产科医师对孕产妇脓毒症的认识,降低孕产妇围生期病死率。

The onset of maternal sepsis is urgent and the disease progresses rapidly.Delayed treatment may lead to poor prognosis.Pregnant women are in a special physiological period,and maternal sepsis also has its own characteristics.ICU doctors and obstetricians do not know enough about the characteristics and changes of maternal sepsis,resulting in untimely or nonstandard treatment and increasing maternal and infant mortality.This paper summarizes the research progress of maternal sepsis,strengthens the understanding of ICU doctors and obstetricians on maternal sepsis,and reduces the perinatal mortality.
