米诺环素软膏辅助根管治疗术治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变疗效分析 被引量:5

Analysis of the Clinical Efficacy of Minocycline Ointment Assisted Root Canal Therapy in the Treatment of Periodontal-pulp Combined Lesions

摘要 目的:探讨米诺环素软膏辅助根管治疗术治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年5月笔者医院收治的102例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分对照组(常规根管治疗术)和观察组(米诺环素软膏联合辅助根管治疗术),每组51例。比较两组患者治疗效果,观察两组治疗前后牙周改善情况,记录并比较两组治疗前后X线检查指标变化及不良反应情况。结果:对照组总有效率80.39%,观察组总有效率94.11%,对照组无效10例,观察组无效3例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PLI、PD、BI、GI值均低于治疗前,且对照组高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者X线X、Y、H和L指标值缩小程度明显大于对照组,治疗后X、Y、H和L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均出现不同程度不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:米诺环素软膏辅助根管治疗术治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变临床效果较好,患者牙周状况改善明显,且不会增加相关不良反应发生率。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of minocycline ointment assisted root canal therapy in the treatment of periodontal-pulp combined lesions. Methods 102 cases of patients with periodontal and endodontic joint lesions in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(conventional system treatment) 51 cases and observation group(minocycline ointment combined with auxiliary root canal therapy) in 51 cases. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared, the periodontal improvement of the two groups before and after treatment was observed,before and after treatment, the periodontal improvement of the two groups was recorded and compared X-ray examination index changes and adverse reactions after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 80.39%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.11%, 10 cases in the control group were invalid, and 3 cases in the observation group were invalid. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The PLI, PD, BI and GI values of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before the treatment, and the PLI, PD, BI and GI values of the control group were higher than those of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the X-ray X, Y, H and L index values of the observation group were significantly smaller than those of the control group. After treatment, the X, Y, H and L were lower than those before the control, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There were different degrees of adverse reactions in two groups, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Minocycline ointment assisted root canal therapy has better clinical effect in the treatment of periodontal pulp joint lesions. The periodontal condition of patients is significantly improved, and the incidence of adverse reactions will not be increased.
