基于快速康复理念的护理模式对面部外伤患者美容整形缝合术治疗效果的影响

Influence of Nursing Mode Based on Fast Track Surgery on Cosmetic Surgery and Suture in Patients with Facial Trauma

目的:探究基于快速康复理念的护理模式对面部外伤患者美容整形缝合术治疗效果的影响。方法:选择2019年1月-2021年1月来笔者医院行美容整形缝合术的面部外伤患儿92例,按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组各46例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用基于快速康复理念的护理模式。比较两组治疗效果,创面愈合时间、伤口拆线时间及瘢痕增生发生率,比较两组术后第1、3、5天疼痛(Visualanaloguescoring,VAS)评分,并比较两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组及对照组的面部外伤治疗总有效率分别为95.65%、93.48%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组创面愈合时间、伤口拆线时间比较无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组瘢痕增生发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第1、3、5天,观察组的VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属的各项护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用美容整形缝合术治疗面部外伤患儿效果较好,而基于快速康复理念的护理模式能减少患儿术后瘢痕增生发生,并能减轻患儿术后疼痛,护理满意度高,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the influence of nursing mode based on fast track surgery(FTS) on cosmetic surgery and suture in patients with facial trauma. Methods A total of 92 children with facial trauma undergoing cosmetic surgery and suture in the author hospital were enrolled between January 2019 and January 2021. According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given FTS based nursing mode. The curative effect, wound healing time, stitches removal time and incidence of scar hyperplasia, scores of visual analogue scale(VAS) at 1d, 3d and 5d after surgery, and nursing satisfaction of their family members in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, difference in total response rate of facial trauma treatment between observation group and control group was not statistically significant(95.65% vs 93.48%)(P>0.05), and difference in wound healing time and stitches removal time was also not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence of scar hyperplasia was lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05), VAS score was lower in observation group at 1d, 3d and 5d after surgery(P<0.05), and scores of family members’ nursing satisfaction were higher in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of cosmetic surgery and suture is good on patients with facial trauma. FTS based nursing mode can reduce postoperative scar hyperplasia and relieve postoperative pain in children, with high nursing satisfaction.
