风电设备润滑管理中的常见误区及改进措施

Common Misunderstandings in Lubrication Management of Wind Power Equipment

科学、合理的润滑方案对风电设备,尤其是传动链大部件的安全、高效运行至关重要,近年来,国内风电运维过程中出现了较多的共性润滑误区,给风电设备润滑带来了较大的安全隐患。本文对目前国内风电设备润滑管理中存在的典型误区进行了总结,并对其改进措施进行了分析,以降低风电场润滑管理风险。

Scientific and reasonable lubrication scheme is very important to the safe and efficient operation of wind power equipment,especially the large parts of transmission chain.In recent years,there are many common lubrication misunderstandings in the process of domestic wind power operation and maintenance,which bring great safety risks to the lubrication of wind power equipment.Typical misunderstandings existing in the lubrication management of wind power equipment in China at present are summarized,the countermeasures of them are also analyzed,so as to reduce the risk of lubrication management of the wind farm.
