摘要
科技创新是农业高质量发展的核心驱动力,加快农业高质量发展是宁夏沿黄区域经济高质量发展的内在需要。本文提出农业高质量发展是建设黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展先行区的必然要求,要以高质量科技创新为宁夏沿黄区域农业高质量发展提供战略支撑。
Scientific and technological innovation is core driving force to high-quality agricultural development and stimulating high-quality agricultural development is internal needs for high-quality development of economy of areas along the Yellow River in Ningxia.It is important to carry out high-quality agricultural development to construct ecological protection pilot areas.High-quality scientific and technological innovation can provide strategic support for the high-quality agricultural development in areas along the Yellow River in Ningxia.
