积极培育8字螺旋,提升人才培养质量——诊改引路,助力推动民族地区职教发展

摘要 探索教学诊改8字螺旋培育在中等职业学校持续发展和培养质量提升的作用。积极培育8字螺旋,使其在学校管理、专业建设、课程改革、教师能力、学生素质等方面落地推广,静螺旋促进建立完整的工作流程,动螺旋即时跟进调控,二者相辅相成,互联互动,对学校建立常态化自主保证人才培养质量的运行机制,引发学校发展内生动力,助力职教质量螺旋提升起到了强大的助推作用。学校教学诊改试点三年,8字螺旋积极推广三年,在理念培训学习、构建目标体系、建立标准体系、信息平台建设等方面取得明显实效。 Exploring the role of the“8”-form spiral of teaching diagnosis reform in the continuous development and the improvement of the training quality in secondary vocational schools.Actively cultivate the“8”-form spiral and promote it in school management,professional construction,curriculum reform,teacher ability,student quality,etc.,that the static process promotes the establishment of a complete workflow and the dynamic process follows up to regulate.The two processes,which complement each other and interact with each other,have played a great role in establishing a normal operation mechanism for the quality assurance of talent training,triggering endogenous motivation,and promoting quality improvement of vocational education.Obvious results have been achieved in concept of training and learning,target system building,standard system establishing,information platform building,etc.
