在线学习者持续学习行为的影响因素

Research on Factors of Affecting Online Learners’Continuous Learning Behavior

摘要 为探究在线学习者持续学习行为的影响因素,本研究结合计划行为理论,建立中介模型,将影响因素归纳为个体因素、教师支持、课程性质和学习环境四个层面。研究发现:个体因素、课程性质、环境因素对持续学习意愿和持续学习行为有较大的影响,而持续学习意愿又中介了学习目的、学习习惯、课程质量、兴趣度、课堂氛围、外界干扰对持续学习行为的影响。 In order to explore the factors of online learners'continuous learning behavior,this research combines the theory of planned behavior and establishes an intermediary model,which summarizes the factors into four levels:individual factors,teacher support,curriculum nature and learning environment.The research found that individual factors,curriculum nature,and the learning environment have greater impacts on the intention to continuous learning and the continuous learning behavior,and the intention to continuous learning partly mediates the impact of learning purpose,learning habits,course quality,interest,atmosphere and external interference on the continuous learning behavior.
