摘要
中药材是“中药质量之源”。中药材性状和显微鉴定作为一种独特的中药质量分析方法,为保证中药质量、保障中药临床用药安全有效发挥着重大作用。随着显微技术和数字化技术的发展,中药材性状和显微鉴定的研究还在进一步拓展。近年来,中国食品药品检定研究院联合多家药品检验检测机构,共同开展了中药民族药数字标本平台的建设工作,尤其是在传统中药材鉴定方法与数字化和智能化结合方面,做了一些探索和尝试。其中,首要的是建立一套从宏观形态到微观结构的中药材性状和显微鉴定数字化研究规范。本文以种子类药材为例,在种子形态学研究文献分析的基础上,探索建立了种子类药材数字化研究规范,为其他药用部位、不同植物来源药材鉴定数字化研究规范的建立奠定基础。
The quality of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)traces back to Chinese materia medica(CMM).Macroscopic and microscopic identification of CMM are unique methods for analyzing the quality of TCM,which play an important role in guaranteeing the quality of TCMs and their safety and efficacy in clinical application.With the development of microscopic and digital technology,research on macroscopic and microscopic identification of CMM is also broadening.In recent years,the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control(NIFDA),in collaboration with a number of domestic drug control agencies,has strived to build a digital specimen platform for TCM and Ethno-medicine.In particular,efforts are made to explore integration of traditional identification methods of CMM with digital and smart technology,with primary focus on establishing a set of standards for the digitization of macroscopic and microscopic identification of CMM from macro-morphology to microstructure.This paper conducts a case study of medicinal seeds based on analysis of seed morphology research literature.Standards are established for the digital research of medicinal seeds,aiming to lay the foundation for the establishment of digital research standards for identification of other medicinal parts and different plant sources.
