互联网使用对养老机构老年人群认知功能的影响研究

The Influence of Internet on the Cognitive Function of Elderly People in Nursing Institutions

为探索互联网使用对养老机构老年人认知功能的影响,根据纳入标准选取养老机构中100名老年人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组(各50名),对照组接受养老机构医养结合养老服务,试验组在对照组的基础上实施互联网使用干预,并采用非参数Mann-WhitneyU秩和检验分析,比较两组老年人干预前后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)评分情况.结果显示,互联网使用对老年人认知功能的定向力、注意力与集中和延迟记忆方面的影响具有统计学差异,能显著提高养老机构较高年龄(70~79岁)老年人Mo CA评分与初中以下教育程度老年人Mo CA评分,说明互联网使用能有效改善养老机构老年人注意力与集中、定向力和延迟记忆,能明显改善初中以下教育程度老年人认知功能.

To explore the effect of internet on the cognitive function of elderly people in nursing institutions, according to the inclusion criteria, 100 elderly people in nursing institutions were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received medical care combined with elderly care services from elderly care institutions, and the experimental group used internet intervention on the basis of the control group. The non-parametric Mann-Whitney U rank sum test was used to compare the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA) before and after the intervention.The results show that the influence of internet on the cognitive function of elderly in terms of orientation, attention and concentration and delayed memory has a statistical difference. It can significantly improve the MoCA score of the aged(70-79 years old) in nursing homes and the MoCA score of the aged with less than junior middle school education. Internet can effectively improve the attention and concentration, orientation and delayed memory of the aged in nursing institutions, and also significantly improve the cognitive function of the elderly with the education below junior middle school.
