乡村振兴背景下农村信用体系建设的实践与思考——以山西省运城市农村信用体系建设为例

Practice and Thinking of Rural Credit System Construction under the Background of Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Rural Credit System Construction in Yuncheng City,Shanxi Province

2021年是全面推进乡村振兴的开局之年,深入推进农村信用体系建设,是有效改善农村信用环境、推进乡村振兴的重要抓手。山西省运城市调整农村信用体系建设工作的重点,创新农村信用体系建设工作的方式方法,使农村信用体系建设工作更加适应乡村振兴战略要求。在阐述农村信用体系建设与乡村振兴关系的基础上,总结运城市近年来农村信用体系建设的好做法、好经验,重点归纳当前运城市农村信用体系建设的新亮点及取得的新成效。最后,对农村信用体系建设工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出相关政策建议。

2021 is the first year for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Deepening the construction of rural credit system is an important starting point for effectively improving rural credit environment and promoting rural revitalization.Such practices are made in Yuncheng City of Shanxi Province as adjusting the focus of rural credit system construction,innovating the ways and methods of rural credit system construction,which made the rural credit system construction more meeting the requirements of rural revitalization strategy.On the basis of expounding the relationship between rural credit system construction and rural revitalization,this paper summarizes the good practice and experience of rural credit system construction in Yuncheng City in recent years,and summarizes the new highlights and achievements of rural credit system construction in Yuncheng City.Finally,the existing problems in the construction of rural credit system are analyzed and relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
