摘要
为落实“一带一路”倡议,增强国际影响力,中国于2017与2018年分别为委内瑞拉与巴基斯坦各发射1颗高分辨率遥感卫星。为检验两颗星的像质,并对标国际先进水平,在两颗星完成定标工作后,地面应用单位进行了大量(近300轨约3000景)的统计分析工作。文章引入法国SPOT-7影像数据,研究结合客观与主观像质评价方法对3颗星的像质进行综合评价,先结合通用影像品质方程(GIQE)与美国国家图像解译等级标准(NIIRS)人工解译方法对3颗高分辨率遥感卫星影像进行像质评价,再依据统计分析结果与相关产品手册,对3颗卫星建立像质指标体系,最后利用层次分析法对遥感影像像质进行客观评价。文章汲取几种主客观评价方法的优点,建立了原始至高级别影像涵盖不同指标的像质评价体系对三颗卫星像质进行评价,评价结果趋于一致。文章有助于对类似图像的像质评价。
To implement the belt and road strategy and enhance international impact,China launched one high-resolution remote sensing satellite for each of Venezuela and Pakistan in 2017 and 2018.To evaluate the image quality of two satellites and to normalize the international advanced level,a large number of statistical analysis results were performed on the ground application unit after two satellites completed the calibration work.This article imports SPOT-7 image data,objective and subjective image quality evaluation methods are used to comprehensively evaluate the image quality of the three satellites.Combined with GIQE equation and NIIRS artificial interpretation method,the image quality of three high-resolution remote sensing satellite images is evaluated.Then according to the test results and related product manuals,the image quality index system is established for the three satellites with similar resolution.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to objectively evaluate the remote sensing image quality.The focus of different evaluation methods is different,but the comprehensive evaluation results tend to be consistent,which lays the foundation for the subsequent image quality optimization.
