河南省老年人慢性病共病对社会交往能力的影响研究

Study on Influence of Comorbidity of Chronic Diseases on Social Interaction Ability of the Elderly in Henan Province

目的:了解河南省60岁及以上老年人慢性病共病(multiple chronic conditions, MCC)对社会交往能力的影响,为制定老年人共病防控措施提供参考。方法:采用分层多阶段整群抽样法抽取河南省18个市的60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查。采用logistic回归模型分析老年人MCC患病对其社会交往能力的影响。结果:5570名老年人中,MCC患病1210人,共病率为21.72%;社会交往能力受损率为13.41%。多因素logistic回归分析显示,MCC患病老年人社会交往能力受损风险为非MCC患病老年人的2.749倍;4种及以上慢性病、MCC患病以及常见的4种MCC组合是老年人社会交往能力受损的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:对于MCC患病≥4种、具有以上4种高发MCC组合的老年群体需密切关注。通过制定慢性病共病的精准防控和治疗策略,减少MCC对老年人社会交往能力的损害。

Objective: To investigate the influence of multiple chronic conditions(MCC) on the social interaction ability of the elderly aged 60 and above in Henan province, so as to provide references for formulating the preventive and control measures of MCC of the elderly. Methods: Stratified multi-stage cluster sampling was used to select the elderly aged 60 and above from 18 cities of Henan province. Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influence of MCC on social interaction ability of the elderly. Results: Among 5570 older adults, there were 1210 MCC patients, and the comorbidity rate was 21.72%. The damage rate of social interation ability was 13.41%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of impaired social interaction ability of the elderly with MCC was 2.749 times as high as that of the elderly without MCC. 4 types of chronic diseases and above, MCC and 4 common MCC combinations were risk factors of impaired social interaction ability of the elderly(P<0.05). Conclusion: We should pay close attention to the elderly group with more than 4 kinds of MCC and 4 kinds of high-risk MCC combinations above. The accurate prevention and treatment strategies of chronic diseases should be formulated to reduce the damage of MCC to the social interaction ability of the elderly.
