食管癌根治术后严重并发症对患者短期生存的影响

Impact of major morbidity following esophageal cancer radical resection on short-term patient survival

为了探讨食管癌根治术后严重并发症对患者短期生存的影响,选取2015年11月至2018年12月期间在宁波大学附属李惠利医院行食管癌根治术后的患者符合本研究入组条件的临床病理资料进行统计分析.单因素分析结果表明:术前合并肺部疾病、糖尿病、术后出现严重并发症3个因素与食管癌根治术后短期生存相关(P<0.05).多因素分析结果表明:术后出现严重并发症是影响术后短期生存的独立预测因素(P<0.05).将149例患者按术后是否有严重并发症分为有严重并发症组和无并发症组进行随访,通过绘制生存曲线得出无并发症组的短期生存率高于有严重并发症组的短期生存率.

The current study is designed to investigate the effect of severe complications on short-term survival following radical resection of esophageal carcinoma,based on the clinicopathologic data of the patients who underwent radical esophagectomy from November 2015 till December 2018 in the Affiliated Lihuili Hospital of Ningbo University.The results of univariate analysis showed that pre-operative lung disease,diabetes mellitus and severe postoperative complications were all associated with short-term survival(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that severe postoperative complications were independent predictors of short-term survival(P<0.05).A total of 149 patients were divided into the severe complications group and no complications group,based on the occurrence of serious complications following operation.The severe complications group and the no complications group were followed up and survival curve analysis was performed.The short-term survival rate of the severe complications group was significantly higher than that of no complications group.Comparison of the survival curves of patients between with and without serious complications suggested that the short-term survival of the patients was affected by severe complications.
