制鞋企业火灾安全隐患分析及应对策略

Analysis of Fire Safety Hazards in Footwear Manufacturing Enterprises and Coping Strategies

制鞋企业在生产过程中,由于大量使用各种易燃易爆原辅材料,存在严重的火灾安全隐患,极易导致火灾发生。本文采用预先危险性分析法分析了制鞋企业潜在的火灾风险、危险因素、触发条件及风险等级,结合制鞋企业生产特点以及现有实际的管理水平,分析了制鞋企业火灾安全隐患表现,并提出了制鞋企业对消防安全风险的应对措施。

In the production process of shoemaking enterprises,a large number of combustibles and explosives are used.There exist serious fire hazards,and it is very easy to cause fire.In this paper,preliminary hazard analysis is used to analyze the potential fire risk,risk factors,trigger conditions and risk level of shoemaking enterprises,and analyzes their performance of fire safety hazards combined with the production characteristics and the existing actual management level.The countermeasures for fire safety risk of shoemaking enterprises are proposed.
