摘要
针对CAD图纸的数据难以提取,导致图纸与BIM模型的一致性审核无法自动化的问题,提出了一套全自动的图模一致性审核方法。首先对图纸和模型分别进行预处理提取信息和对齐坐标,并比对元数据。然后识别普通标注和引出式标注的内容和位置,同时定义构件标准编号规则,以本体信息映射的方法完成文字性构件的审核。最后针对大量无可靠标注的小型构件,计算图例的连续极坐标特征进行图像匹配以识别图纸坐标。为了衡量一致性审核的有效性,计算了覆盖率和准确度两个指标,基于此详细分析了本方法的优势和改进方向。工程应用表明,本方法可节省96%的审核时间和人工,且两项指标的表现均较好。
To solve the problem that consistency review between drawings and BIM cannot be automated,which is caused by difficulties in extracting data of CAD drawings,a series of fully automatic consistency review methods for drawings and BIM are proposed.First,the metadata are compared after information extraction and coordinate alignment of the drawing and model.Then,the component standard numbering rules are defined,and the text components are reviewed by ontology mapping for both common and leading annotations.Finally,for small components without reliable labels,the continuous polar features of the image legend are calculated to recognize positions in CAD drawings.To measure the efficiency of the review,the coverage and accuracy ratios were calculated.Advantages and improvements were discussed based on two ratios.Applications have shown a 96%save of model review time and labor with high accuracy and coverage ratio.
