基于直觉模糊TOPSIS-GRA的地铁车站施工防汛应急决策研究 被引量:5

摘要 考虑汛期可能产生的暴雨内涝对地铁车站施工阶段的影响,需要事前进行应急预案决策,提出一种考虑专家权重的直觉模糊集TOPSIS-GRA的决策模型。本文结合地铁车站汛期施工的特点,从科学性、完整性、经济性、可操作性四个方面构建了应急预案评价指标体系,并且根据专家的不同特征确定其权重,运用直觉模糊加权平均算子集结不同专家给出的定性评价语言信息。最后将TOPSIS法和灰色关联法相结合,构建基于直觉模糊集的TOPSIS-GRA的地铁车站施工阶段应急预案决策模型,以成都地铁兰家沟车站工程为例,验证该模型的有效性。结果表明:地铁车站防汛应急预案的决策要着重关注应急预案内容的可操作性,在编制时应重视预案的预警功能以及救援人员物资增加的可行性。 Considering the influence of rainstorms and waterlogging in flood season on the construction stage of subway stations,it is necessary to determine the optimal emergency plan in advance by proposing a decision-making model of intuitionistic fuzzy set TOPSIS-GRA considering the expert weight.Taking characteristics of subway station construction in flood season into account,this paper constructed the evaluation index system of anemergency plan from four aspects including science,integrity,economy and operability,determined the weight according to their different characteristics,and used intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator to gather qualitative evaluation language information given by different experts.Finally,with TOPSIS and GRA to build the model,the effectiveness was verified in the example of the Lanjiagou station project in Chengdu Metro.The results show that the decision-making of the emergency plan for flood control of subway stations should focus on its operability,early warning function and feasibility of increasing rescue personnel and materials.
