摘要
施工进度管理的有效性直接影响到项目进度目标的实现,同时对项目的经济效益也能产生重要的影响。本文提出一种新的施工进度控制的管理方法,此方法的特点是通过有节奏地规范每道工序的起止时间,有效地分配时间、空间、人力资源,从而提高生产效率。本研究的目的是用一个具体的建筑施工项目作为案例,探索Takt Time在中国建设项目中的应用,分析Takt Time方法在时间、空间、劳动力分配上的利弊。Takt Time方法通过明确工序占用时间,明确起始时间及位置,使得工作流程持续进行等改善方法使得每层工期缩短约14%,并能避免班组交叉施工带来的安全隐患。Takt Time方法为当前施工管理方法所存在的工序搭接混乱、搭接时间不明确、人员时间浪费等问题提供一种新的有效管理方法。
The effectiveness of construction planning and progress monitoring directly impact the realization of project progressive targets.It also has a significant influence on project profitability.This research proposes a new management method for construction project progress control.A very unique aspect of a Takt Time planning method is that it can effectively allocate time,space,and manpower by specifying the starting and ending time for every specialty trade following a certain rhythm.Takt Time planning method can reduce construction duration for the standard floor by 14%and can avoid potential safety hazards by preventing trade stacking.Takt Time planning method provides a new and effective way to prevent site management problems such as confusing and uncertain handoffs among specialty trades,and waste in manpower utilization.
