摘要
针对飞机部件复杂、空间狭窄,舱内多余物清除难度大、效率低、失误率高的难题,以大长径比超冗余度机器人为载体,设计了一种新型的多余物清除装置。采用类螺旋输送的方式,用一条固定的螺旋带将多余物导向清除装置的目标位置。清除装置采用立式的圆筒结构,使其在狭窄空间环境下具备适应性强的特点&通过实验验证可知,该装置对一定尺寸范围内、不同类型、不同工作环境下的多余物有较强的清除能力。
A new type of cleaning device was proposed to solve the problems of high difficulty, low efficiency, and high error rate in the removal of residuals in the aircraft cabin with narrow space and complex parts. A fixed spiral belt was used to guide the residual to the target position of the cleaning device. The cleaning device adopts a vertical cylinder structure, which makes it have strong adaptability in the narrow space environment. It was verified by experiments that it has a high cleaning ability for residuals in a certain size range, different types, and different working environments.
