摘要
以一个制造商与一个电商平台所组成的供应链系统为研究对象,探讨了电商平台开辟二手市场对闭环供应链决策和利润的影响。先后考察并对比了电商平台未开辟二手市场和开辟二手市场两种情况下供应链成员的博弈均衡,并分析了电商平台的销售努力成本和佣金费率等关键因素对均衡结果和供应链成员利润的影响。研究表明:(1)对于电商平台来说,只有当新产品的单位生产成本较低且佣金费率较高时,不开辟二手市场是最优选择;其他情况下,应当选择开辟二手市场。(2)对于制造商而言,电商平台开辟二手市场会降低其利润。
In this paper,for the supply chain system composed of one manufacturer and one e-commerce platform,this paper discusses the influences of e-commerce platform opening up the second-hand market on the supply chain decisionmaking and profit.The game equilibrium of supply chain members is investigated and compared in the cases of whether the e-commerce platform opens up the second-hand market.Then this paper analyzes the influences of key factors such as the cost of sales effort and commission rate of the e-commerce platform on the equilibrium results and the profits of supply chain members.The research shows that:(1)Not opening up the second-hand market is the best choice for the e-commerce platform,only when the unit production cost of new products is low and the commission rate is high;in other cases,the second-hand market should be opened up.(2)The profit for the manufacturer will be reduced,if the e-commerce platform opens up the second-hand market.
