摘要
随着二孩政策的全面开放,家长对早教机构的强烈需求促使了托育市场的蓬勃发展。研究采用观察法、问卷调查法和访谈法,选取云南省文山市的五所早教机构进行实地调查,发现加盟品牌的亲子课程多为成型课程,教师缺乏自主权,课程也缺乏时效性;自编亲子课程未经过精心编排,专业性和系统性不足;亲子课程环节安排较多;月龄段划分范围过大且不统一;对家长的育儿指导内容严重不足。所以建议早教机构的教师需着眼于婴幼儿的年龄特征和适宜性发展而不断调整和创新课程;整合亲子课程各环节,让家长和婴幼儿成为活动主体;缩小各机构亲子课程月龄段划分的范围;加强指导家长科学育儿的内容,建立规范的教师指导家长能力的评价体系。
With the full opening of the two-child policy,parents’ strong demand for early education institutions promotes the vigorous development of early education market.Using the methods of observation,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper selects five early education institutions in Wenshan city of Yunnan Province to conduct field survey,and finds that most of the parent-child courses of franchise brands are formed courses,teachers lack autonomy,and the courses are also lack of timeliness;the self-designed parent-child courses are not carefully arranged,and lack of professionalism and systematization;there are many links in the parent-child courses;and the division of months and ages is too large and not unified;the content of parenting guidance for parents is seriously insufficient.Therefore,it is suggested that teachers in early education institutions should constantly adjust and innovate the curriculum based on the age characteristics and suitability development of infants;integrate all links of parent-child curriculum to make parents and infants become the main body of activities;narrow the scope of month age division of parent-child curriculum in various institutions;strengthen the content of scientific parenting guidance for parents,and establish a standardized evaluation system of teachers’ ability to guide parents.
