摘要
临海市阮家洋溪分洪隧洞(下穿段),为浙江省在建开挖断面最大的水工隧洞。该隧洞从台金高速长石隧道和金台铁路官园隧道下穿布置。相关各方关注重点是特大断面水工隧洞穿越交通隧洞的开挖爆破,尤其对开挖爆破引起交通隧洞质点振速的数值提出严格要求。通过数值模拟计算控制单响药量及试爆过程中的监测数据分析进行优化爆破设计。研究分析阮家洋溪分洪隧洞钻爆法对高速和铁路隧道的结构影响,为东南沿海地区隧洞工程的承接做好相应技术储备,为今后下穿隧洞和隧道工程项目的承接打下基础。
Ruanjiayang Flood Diversion Tunnel(underpass section)in Linhai City is the maximum-section hydraulic tunnel under excavating progress in Zhejiang Province.The tunnel is designed below Changshi Tunnel of Taijin Expressway and Guanyuan Tunnel of Jintai Railway.The parties involved pay close attention to the excavation blasting of the super large section hydraulic tunnel crossing below traffic tunnels,especially putting forward strict requirements for the numerical value of traffic tunnels’particle velocity caused by excavation blasting.It optimizes blasting design that numerical simulation to control single-shot charge quantity and analyzing monitoring data in the process of explosion testing.To study and analysis the impact of drilling and blasting method for Flood Diversion Tunnel on structure of high express and railway tunnels,is to make a good technical reserve for the undertaking of tunnel engineering in the southeastern coastal areas and is to lays a foundation for underpass tunnels and tunnel engineering in the future.
