摘要
享堂水文站是流域机构设立在大通河的唯一一个国家基本水文站,始建于1939年,主要任务是掌握大通河流域水沙变化规律,为工农业建设积累水文资料,同时为国家防总及黄河防总及时提供水文情报。受上游水电站运行影响,改变了享堂水文站的水文测验特性,导致实测洪峰流量偏小,通过分析享堂水文站与上游水文站洪峰流量资料,对享堂水文站洪峰流量进行还原,以还原到受水电站影响前的洪峰流量。结果表明:还原后的洪水计算从上下游关系看,洪峰流量、洪量的平均值及同频率设计值从上游向下游递增,但上下游相差不大,符合流域的洪水特性,因此,还原后的洪水计算成果是合理的。
The Xiangtang Hydrological Station is the only national basic hydrological station established by the basin organization on the Datong River.It was founded in 1939,and its main task is to master the changing laws of water and sediment in the Datong River Basin,and to accumulate hydrological data for industrial and agricultural construction.At the same time,it provides timely hydrological information for the National Defense General and the Yellow River Defense General.The operation of the upstream hydropower station affects the hydrological test characteristics of the Xiangtang Hydrological Station,which results in a small measured peak flow.By analyzing the flood peak flow data of Xiangtang Hydrological Station and the upstream hydrological station,this paper restores the flood peak flow of Xiangtang Hydrological Station to restore the flood peak flow before being affected by the hydropower station.The results show that from the perspective of the relationship between the upstream and downstream of the flood calculation after restoration,the peak flow,the average value of flood volume and the design value of the same frequency increase from upstream to downstream,but the difference between upstream and downstream is not large,which is in line with the flood characteristics of the basin.Therefore,the restored flood calculation results are reasonable.
