Improvement of Emergency Management Ability of Universities under the Background of Major epidemic Prevention and Control

疫情防控已成为高校常态化工作,保障校园安全稳定,提升应急管理能力是高校不可推卸的责任。高校应急管理能力需从提升预测、预警能力、科学决策能力、高效执行能力、协调沟通能力、舆情导向能力、心理疏导能力六个方面着力,通过优化管理环节,完善应急管理体系;加强防控演练,构建科学运行模式;推动考核评价,提升应急管理水平等多维路径予以稳步提高。

The COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control have become normalized in universities.It is the unshirkable responsibility of universities to ensure campus security and stability and improve their emergency management capabilities.The emergency management ability of universities should focus on six aspects,namely,improving the ability of prediction and early warning,scientific decision-making,efficient execution,coordination and communication,public opinion guidance and psychological counseling,so as to improve the emergency management system by strengthening strategic thinking,strengthen the prevention and control exercise,build a scientific operation mode,promote assessment and evaluation,and improve the emergency management level steadily.
