摘要
针对高校大学生“就业难”的形势,地方高校要积极转变观念,重视大学生就业指导工作机制的创新,特别是拓宽就业指导渠道,引入多策并举,推进精准就业战略。本文着重梳理当前地方高校就业指导工作现存问题,从就业指导师资建设、提升就业指导专业性、变革就业指导方法与手段、推进精准指导等方面提出完善建议。
The problem of“difficult employment”for college students is serious,and the employment guidance of colleges and universities faces many difficult problems.Local colleges and universities should actively change their ideas,pay great importance to the innovation of the employment guidance mechanism for college students,especially broaden the employment guidance channels,introduce multiple policies at the same time,and promote the precise employment strategy.This article focuses on the existing problems in employment guidance in local colleges and universities,and puts forward suggestions from the construction of employment guidance teachers,improving the professionalism of employment guidance,changing the methods and means of employment guidance,and promoting precise guidance.
