引信全电子安全系统升压电路参数仿真方法 被引量:1

A Parameter Simulation Method of Booster Circuit in ESA Fuzes

摘要 在体积、重量受限的情况下,针对引信全电子安全系统升压电路设计过程中需要进行大量实验对电路参数进行选择的问题,提出基于SIMULINK的升压电路参数仿真方法对电路参数进行快速选择。该方法首先建立了升压电路仿真模型,总结电路升压原理并利用仿真出的变压器副边电压波形对仿真模型的准确性进行验证;然后在输入电压5 V、变压器匝数比为1∶200时,改变初级电感量、PWM占空比、开关频率等参数对升压电路进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明,初级电感量在1μH,PWM占空比在80%,开关管频率在10 kHz时,升压效果最优。最后选取一组符合需求的电路参数,通过仿真和实验对比验证,达到预期结果,可为全电子安全系统类引信产品在研制前对电路参数进行快速选择和优化提供帮助,缩短产品研制周期。 In the case of limited volume and weight,in order to solve the problem that too many experiments were needed to select the circuit parameters in the design process of booster circuit in ESA fuzes,a parameter simulation method of booster circuit in ESA fuzes was proposed to quickly select the circuit parameters.Firstly,the booster circuit simulation model in ESA fuzes was established,and the principle of booster circuit was summarized,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by the simulated transformer secondary voltage waveform;then,when the input voltage was 5 V and the transformer turns ratio was 1∶200,the booster circuit was simulated by changing the primary inductance,PWM signal duty cycle,switching frequency.The simulation results showed that when the primary inductance was 1μH,the PWM signal duty cycle was 80%and the switching frequency was 10 kHz,the boosting effect was optimal.Finally,a set of circuit parameters that meet the requirements were selected,and the expected results were achieved by comparing simulation and experiment.Therefore,this method could be used to quickly select and optimize circuit parameters before the development of products in ESA fuzes,so as to shorten the product development cycle.
