摘要
针对目前换能元尺寸较大的问题,提出Al/CuO半导体桥微型化换能元,该换能元Al/CuO含能薄膜的总厚度为900 nm。仿真验证结果表明,该换能元在5 V恒压激励下温度要远高于Al与CuO反应的温度;发火实验结果表明,该换能元在5 V恒压激励下能够点燃5 mg粉末状B/KNO_(3)钝感药。
In view of the large size of the current energy exchange element,the Al/CuO-semiconductor bridge miniaturization energy exchange element was proposed.The total thickness of the Al/CuO energetic film of the energy exchange element was 900 nm.The simulation results showed that the temperature of the energy exchange element under 5 V constant voltage excitation was much higher than that of the reaction between Al and CuO.The ignition experiment results showed that the energy exchange unit could ignite 5 mg powdered B/KNO_(3) insensitive drug under 5 V constant pressure excitation.
