摘要
针对传统冲击波测试方法不能获得准确的冲击波压力曲线和电测法在复杂的试验环境中系统调试、安装不便以及人员安全性的问题,提出基于FPGA+ARM的冲击波超压测试系统。该系统中FPGA控制A/D模块并行采集冲击波超压,将结果通过千兆以太网实时传输至上位机,同时设计USB2.0接口进行数据导出,实现系统的在线与离线采集功能。测试验证结果表明,该系统的在线与离线采集功能可靠,可以获得准确的冲击波压力曲线。
Aiming at the problems that the traditional shock wave test method could not obtain accurate shock wave pressure curve,inconvenient system debugging,installation and personnel safety in complex test environment,a shock wave overpressure test system based on FPGA+ARM was proposed.In the system,FPGA controls ad module to collect shock wave overpressure in parallel,and the results were transmitted to the host computer in real time through Gigabit Ethernet.At the same time,USB2.0 interface was designed for data export to realize the online and offline acquisition functions of the system.Test results showed that the on-line and off-line acquisition functions of the system were reliable,and the accurate shock wave pressure curve could be obtained.
