新时代高校防范“三股势力”渗透对策及建议:以承德石油高等专科学校为例

Countermeasures and Suggestions of Preventing “Three Forces” in Colleges in New Era:Taking Chengde Petroleum College as an Example

我校位于河北省承德市,处于环京的特殊地理区位,防范“三股势力”向校园渗透面临许多问题和挑战,而新疆少数民族学生是境外“三股势力”渗透、争夺的重点对象。在新疆少数民族学生管理上,存在“三股势力”认识上政治敏感度不够;渗透情况了解不够清楚、不够关注;教育工作人员一般不懂维语,不懂新疆历史文化、民族宗教知识;缺乏建章立制和必要的法制教育;网络监管和防范手段薄弱等问题。在长期的管理实践过程中,我们总结了不少经验教训,有效地防范了“三股势力”对新疆少数民族学生的渗透。

Chengde Petroleum College is located in Chengde,Hebei Province,which is in a special geographical location surrounding Beijing.It faces many problems and challenges to prevent the “three forces” from penetrating the campus.Xinjiang minority students are the key targets for the penetration and competition of the “three forces” abroad.In the management of ethnic minority students in Xinjiang,there is insufficient political sensitivity in the understanding of the “three forces”;the infiltration situation is not well understood and paid attention to;the education staff generally do not understand Uyghur,as well as Xinjiang’s history,culture,ethnic and religion;lacking regulation construction related and necessary legal education;problems such as weak network supervision and prevention methods.In the long-term management practice,we have summed up many experiences and lessons,and effectively prevented the “three forces” from infiltrating ethnic minority students in Xinjiang.
