稳就业是维持社会稳定,保证人民生活的基础之一。党和国家高度关注高校毕业生的就业创业问题。新冠肺炎疫情的爆发,致使高校毕业生就业创业处于新形势,面临新挑战。新形势下探究高校毕业生就业工作存在的问题和挑战,结合“三全育人”指导思想,全员、全过程和全方位保障高校毕业生就业创业,在危机中寻求转机,提升高校就业创业工作质量具有现实意义。

Stabilizing employment is one of the foundations for maintaining social stability and ensuring people’s lives.Our party and country pay great attention to the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates.The outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has put college graduates in a new situation and they face new challenges in their employment and entrepreneurship.Under the new situation,this paper explores the problems and challenges existing in the employment of college graduates,integrating guiding ideology of “Three Aspects of Education” into the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates from all members,the entire process and all-round aspects,seeking opportunities in the crisis.It is of practical significance enhance the quality of employment and entrepreneurship of colleges.
