摘要
为探讨拖延人格与未来时间洞察力的关系,以及未来工作自我清晰度和生涯适应力的中介作用,采用简版一般拖延量表、未来工作自我清晰度量表、生涯适应力量表以及未来时间洞察力量表对407名大学生进行调查。结果表明:(1)未来工作自我清晰度在拖延人格与未来时间洞察力之间起中介作用;(2)生涯适应力在拖延人格与未来时间洞察力之间起中介作用;(3)未来工作自我清晰度和生涯适应力在拖延人格与未来时间洞察力之间起链式中介作用。
In order to explore the relationship between procrastination trait and future time perspective,as well as the mediating role of future work self salience and career adaptability,a total of 407 college students were investigated using the Short General Procrastination Scale,Future Work Self Salience Scale,Career Adaptability Scale and Future Time Perspective Scale in this study.The results showed that:(1)future work self salience mediated the relationship between procrastination trait and future time perspective;(2)career adaptability mediated the relationship between procrastination trait and future time perspective;(3)future work self salience and career adaptability played a chain mediatng role between procrastination trait and future time perspective.
