摘要
采用k-ε模型和大涡模拟数值计算方法,对分别安装普通平板空调叶片和不同褶皱型空调叶片共5种车舱模型进行仿真计算,得出车舱内的空气流场、温度场、叶片阻力系数等结果,从时均和瞬态流场、温度场等方面展开对比分析。研究结果表明:与普通平板空调叶片相比,褶皱型空调叶片有良好的减阻效果。随着褶皱叶片波峰数的增加,减阻率增加;相比5种计算模型,波峰数为5的褶皱型叶片具有最优的降温效果,降温速率最快。
Numerical simulations are carried out on five cabin models installed with flat air conditioning blades and pleated air conditioning blades,which have four different configurations with k-εmodel and the large eddy simulation.The air flow fields,temperature fields and drag coefficients of pleated blades in the cabin are analyzed and compared with those of ordinary flat blade.It is found that the pleated air conditioning blades is beneficial for drag reduction,and the drag reduction rate increases with the increase of the crest number of the pleated blade.Among all the pleated models,the model with a crest number of 5 has the best cooling effect.
