The Struggle under“Double Discrimination”:A Study of the Development of the Arab Women’s Organizations in Israel

当前,以色列的阿拉伯妇女组织类型多样,与国际社会建立了密切联系,通过网络社交媒介增进与女性群体互动,在维护阿拉伯女性合法权益、提高社会各界对其生活状况的关注程度、推动解决巴勒斯坦问题等方面发挥了独特功能。但受制于阿拉伯女性群体的“边缘人”身份、组织资金支持不足和力量薄弱等问题,以色列的阿拉伯妇女组织发展面临多重挑战。

At present,Arab women’s organizations in Israel have more diverse types,establish close ties with the international community and enhance the interaction with Arab women through online social media.Therefore,these organizations play a unique role in safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Arab women,raising concerns over their living conditions and promoting the settlement of the Palestinian issue.However,the Arab women’s organizations in Israel are still faced with multiple challenges due to the Arab women’s“marginalized”status in Israel and the Arab community,insufficient financial support and the weakness of these organizations.
