基于文献计量的风险与危机沟通研究

Research on Risk and Crisis Communication:A Bibliometric Analysis

随着经济社会的持续发展、风险环境的日益复杂以及信息需求的不断强化,探究风险与危机情境下的信息沟通具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文基于Web of Science数据库,检索出1900~2020年以风险沟通、危机沟通、灾害沟通与应急沟通为主题词的7552篇文献,通过Histcite与CiteSpace软件进行文献计量分析。本文分析了风险与危机沟通领域研究文献的发文数量、所属地域、研究机构、期刊与作者情况,通过引证关系识别出了风险与危机沟通领域的三条研究脉络,结合高突现值文章阐述了该领域近年来的研究前沿与转向,动态描述了不同时期的研究重点和热点。通过研究文献的计量分析,厘清了风险与危机沟通领域的研究脉络与前沿热点,可为该领域的后续研究提供经典文献、活跃作者的引证参考,以推动风险与危机沟通研究的进一步发展。

With the development of economy and society,the complexity of the risk environment,and the strengthening of information requirements,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore information communication under risk and crisis situations.This paper retrieved 7552 documents with the topic of risk communication,crisis communication,disaster communication,and emergency communication from the Web of Science database from 1900 to 2020,and carried out a bibliometric analysis through Histcite and CiteSpace.This article analyzed the regions,institutions,journals,and authors of the research literature in the field of risk and crisis communication,sorted out and identified three research path of risk and crisis communication through citation relationships,elaborated the research frontiers and changes in recent years through burst-detection,and described the research priorities and hot spots in different periods.Through the bibliometric analysis,the research path in the field of risk and crisis communication has been clarified,which can provide references to classic literature and active authors and promote the development of risk and crisis communication research.
