多病共存患者自我效能对生活质量的影响:坚毅品质的中介作用

The Effect of Self-Efficacy on Quality of Life in Patients with Multiple Chronic Conditions:The Mediating Effect of Grit

目的探讨多病共存患者的坚毅水平在自我效能与生活质量间的中介作用。方法便利抽样选取2021年1-10月在郑州市某三级甲等医院全科医学科就诊的288例多病共存患者为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、坚毅量表(12-item grit scale,12-IGS)、自我效能量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)、生活质量量表(Euro quality of life scale-5D visual analogue scale,EQ-5 DVAS)进行问卷调查,分析三者间的相关性,并探讨坚毅水平在自我效能与生活质量间的中介作用。结果多病共存患者GSES得分为(25.65±4.73)分、EQ-5DVAS得分为(62.56±15.48)分、12-IGS得分为(3.22±0.76)分;自我效能与坚毅水平呈正相关(r=0.291,P<0.001),与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.269,P<0.001),坚毅水平与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.258,P<0.001);坚毅水平在自我效能与生活质量之间存在部分中介效应,中介效应量为28.94%。结论多病共存患者坚毅水平、自我效能处于中等水平,生活质量有待改善,坚毅水平作为中介变量对患者的生活质量产生影响。

Objective To investigate the mediating effect of grit on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with multiple chronic conditions.Methods From January 2021 to October 2021,288 patients with multiple chronic conditions who visited the department of general practice in a tertiary hospital in Zhengzhou were selected as the research subjects.General data questionnaire,12-Item Grit Scale(12-IGS),General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)and Euro quality of life scale-5D visual analogue scale(EQ-5 DVAS)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.To analyze the correlation among self-efficacy,grit level and quality of life in patients,and to analyze the mediating effect of grit level on self-efficacy and quality of life.Results The scores of GSES,EQ-5 DVAS and IGS were(25.65±4.73),(62.56±15.48)and(3.22±0.76),respectively.Self-efficacy was positively correlated with grit(r=0.291,P<0.001),and was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.269,P<0.001);the level of grit was positively correlated with the quality of life(r=0.258,P<0.001).Grit level had some mediating effect between self-efficacy and quality of life,and the amount of mediating effect was 28.94%.Conclusions The grit level and self-efficacy of patients with multiple chronic conditions are at a medium level,and their quality of life needs to be improved.Grit level as a mediating variable has an impact on patients’quality of life.
