Evidence Summary for Health Management of Ischemic Stroke

目的检索并总结脑卒中健康管理最佳证据,为临床实践提供参考。方法应用循证护理方法,检索国内外循证资源数据库,由2名研究者独立对纳入文献进行质量评价,并对符合标准的文献进行证据提取与总结。结果总结出4个维度即系统管理、临床护理、康复与预防、生活方式,共30条最佳证据。结论总结了脑卒中健康管理最佳证据,给临床护理人员为脑卒中患者实施全流程健康管理提供了科学循证依据。

Objective To search and summarize the best evidence of ischemic stroke health management and provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods Evidence-based nursing method was used to search domestic and international evidence-based resource databases.Two researchers evaluated the quality of the included literature independently,and extracted and summarized the literature that met the standards.Results Four dimensions were summarized,namely system management,clinical nursing,rehabilitation and prevention,and lifestyle,with a total of 30 best evidences.Conclusions The best evidence of stroke health management was summarized,which provided scientific evidence-based basis for clinical nurses to implement the whole process of health management for stroke patients.
