摘要
根据任务需求,设计了一种液冷有源相控阵天线结构,并对天线主要组成结构进行了具体介绍,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对天线进行了模态分析和随机振动分析,得到了各工况下的天线应力云图和变形云图,仿真结果表明,天线材料选用及结构强度校核均满足设计要求,且通过环境试验进一步验证了该天线结构设计的可行性和合理性,为今后类似相控阵天线结构设计提供了技术参考。
According to the task requirements, a liquid cooled active phased array antenna structure is designed, and the main components of the antenna are introduced. The modal and random vibration of the antenna are analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench finite element software, and the antenna stress cloud diagram and deformation cloud diagram under various working conditions are obtained. The simulation results show that the selection of antenna materials and structural strength check meet the design requirements. The feasibility and rationality of the antenna structural design are further verified by environmental tests, which provides a technical reference for the structural design of similar phased array antennas in the future.
