摘要
随着信息技术的发展和工业4.0的到来,复杂机械产品将向智能化方向发展,产品的结构复杂性、信息复杂度、设计边界的模糊度及产品特征维度都将随着产品复杂度的提高而显著提高,给复杂机械产品族的创新设计研发带来了新的问题与挑战。针对产品族建模和设计的国内外研究现状进行归纳总结,分析产品族目前研究存在的问题与不足,以及未来发展趋势,并提出了产品族架构、知识、演化三个维度的建模方案。对于推动产品族理论与设计方法的发展、保障复杂装备的可持续性创新设计具有重要的理论研究价值和工程指导意义。
With the development of information technology and the arrival of Industry 4.0, complex mechanical products will develop in the direction of intelligence. The structural complexity, information complexity, ambiguity of design boundaries and product feature dimensions of products will increase significantly with the increase of product complexity,bringing new problems and challenges to the innovative design and development of complex mechanical product families.This paper summarizes the current research status of product family modeling and design at home and abroad, analyzes the current research problems and deficiencies of product family, as well as the future development trend, and proposes a three-dimensional modeling scheme of product family structure, knowledge and evolution. It has important theoretical research value and engineering guiding significance for promoting the development of product family theory and design methods and ensuring the sustainable and innovative design of complex equipment.
